$260 for a 1 1/2 hour Escape and includes:
A Game host who is the mediator for the Escape and will set up and run the game!

All participants must be 13+ and if under 16 must have someone playing in the group who is over 18.
All Escape Room Events have thematic and scary elements to create suspense, and our Host is not a character in the show, only a guide.

Staff Safety

Performer Rights: If at any time a Performer or Mystical Moments Host feels that they are in a threatening, hostile, unsafe, harmful, hazardous, or unsanitary environment, that Performer or Host retains the right to leave with full compensation from the client. The Performer or Host also has the right to refuse to perform services if the client is negligent, absent, inattentive, disrespectful, or overly intoxicated.
Performer Safety/Weather Conditions: For the sake of our staffs' safety and the maintenance of our equipment, we will not perform Events outdoors in temperatures below freezing or exceeding 85F. For temperatures 70F-85F there must be a shade option. If there is any form of inclement weather (rain, hail, wind, snow, etc.), with any level of severity, the client assumes full responsibility to find an indoor alternate venue and notify Mystical Moments Entertainment LLC with a minimum of 24-hours notice.
Booking Expectations

Photo Release: Your Events Mystical Moments Helper may take photos/video footage of our Interactions. Footage of guests may be used for any and all Mystical Moments Entertainment LLC social media, website, and marketing materials. Mystical Moments Entertainment LLC has rights to all footage.
Pets/Animals: We ask for the protection of our performers, costumes, and props for pets to be leashed and away from the event space. The Host will ask for any unleashed pets to be leashed and/or removed from the event space. Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancelation of the event. All events are non-refundable.
Guest Conduct

General Rules: Please show common courtesy to fellow Guests and our employees by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior. For the comfort of all Guests and Performers, smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and other products that produce a vapor or smoke are not allowed within 50 feet of our performers/event. Please supervise your children at all times. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Performer Interactions: For the entire duration of our performers being on scene, our performers will remain in character. Please refrain from referring to the performer by their given name or asking the performers questions about the costumes or company. We would be happy to answer these questions after the event or by a Mystical Moments Helper.
Guest Photo/Video: Feel free to take photos and videos during our Character Events, Board Game Café events, and TTRPG events! To preserve the experience for all guests, photography and video recording are not allowed during Mystical Mystery Events or inside our Escape Rooms. Photo Opportunities will be provided during these events.
Gratuity: Gratuity is accepted but never required. If tipping please tip a Mystical Moments Helper and not one of our Character Performers.
